More about calendar app, Woven

Tim Campos, CEO of Woven announced the acquisition by Slack in a blog. He wrote that the move was best for Woven's future even though we would have liked to maintain the app for its user base. Campos is pursuing other plans that will be announced at a later date. In the blog he writes, "Burc (Burc Arpat, co-founder of Woven) and I decided that our pace wasn’t fast enough to achieve our mission with the current business. Slack Technologies Inc's acquisition by Salesforce

After the acquisition, Slack became the interface for Salesforce Customer 360. The combined solution can compete with enterprise solution giants like Microsoft and Google.
